Project Mexico 2017
Last year was a huge success!
St. Paul Orthodox Church’s Youth Group will be once again going to Project Mexico this year for the week of June 16th-22nd.
A little bit about what we are doing:
“Project Mexico & St. Innocent Orphanage performs works of mercy and helps others do works of mercy in the name of Jesus Christ, transcending cultural barriers by building homes for the poor in Mexico.
Since 1988, Project Mexico has been building safe, secure and weather-tight homes for some of the most impoverished families in Northern Mexico. Every home is constructed over the course of four days and built entirely with volunteer labor. Once complete, these homes are provided so that these families can build a brighter future for themselves and their children.”
We have a total of 19 people going in our group. We are looking to raise $15,000 ($10,260 for the cost, the remainder for travel costs to San Diego and Mexico).
In order for our group to participate in this mission trip, we need to raise $15,000 to pay for supplies, materials, food, lodging, and transportation.
Would you consider, prayerfully in helping us support his mission trip? All of our donations must be raised April 30th, 2017. Anything you can help with is greatly appreciated!
