Las Vegas Pan Orthodox Brotherhood Sponsored Lenten Retreat at St. Paul the Apostle with Archimandrite Sergius from St. Tikhon’s Monastery, PA.

Archimandrite Sergius’s words regarding the nature of life in the Church and life itself, were encouraging and inspiring, calling us all to a life beyond religiosity, to a life of experience and communion.

These three talks provide groundwork and insight into finding one’s true heart and introduce the first steps to the acquisition of prayer. Many of these topics are covered in Archimandrite Sergius’s book ‘Acquiring the Mind of Christ’, which can be purchased at the St. Tikhon’s Bookstore.

Additionally, Archimandrite Sergius brought to St. Paul’s the wonderworking icon of St. Anna, Mother of the Theotokos, and relics of Sts. Peter and Paul , Joachim and Anna, a piece of the True Cross, and a relic of the belt of the Theotokos. All who attended were greatly blessed by our time together.
