First Time in an Orthodox Church?
Welcome!
We are honored by your visit to St. Paul’s and invite you to come experience through worship in the ancient Orthodox Christian Church. For many people, visiting an Orthodox Church is an exciting and new experience. Most, if not all new timers are unfamiliar with the Orthodox Christian faith and it may sometimes be difficult to follow what is happening. We understand that. Below we’ve gathered a very helpful article entitled “12 Things I wish I’d known…” written by Frederica Matthews-Green to help you feel right at home.
If during your visit, you have any questions, please speak to any one of the friendly members of St. Paul’s. Also make sure to join us in our hall next door after the service for coffee and further fellowship. Because of the robust culture in Las Vegas, we regularly have visitors. Do not be surprised if someone introduces themselves and asks where you are from. We look very much forward to meeting you at our church. Please introduce yourself to our priest, Fr. Paul.
